This lovely ground floor flat is available for your visit to Suffolk. Within walking distance to the Theatre Royal and Apex concert venue.
Ground floor spacious apartment, own door (no communal area) and parking space located next to the flat. This lovely Victorian property has been completely refurbished and furnished to a high standard. The bedroom is a generous size, with a double bed and has an extra single fold up bed. Double sofa bed located in the sitting room to accommodate another couple or children . Very comfortable and accessible accommodation.

Bury St Edmunds town centre is easily accessible by car from the A14 (1.5 hours from London) and by train. Property is a short walk to the station.

Please remove outdoor shoes. Put all rubbish in correct bin outside (at rear of property) when you leave. Please do not use front door onto street - use the side entrance and keep front door locked at all times. Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise.

Second time we stayed there. The host was attentive but couldn’t fix the smoke alarms that went off numerous times each night. It put quite a damper on the stay
Loved our stay! Great location, walking distance to restaurants, Abbey gardens, and shopping. Convenient on-site parking spot. Dog friendly, and a small patch of dirt outside the door for quick potty breaks (a rarity in Bury). Clean and cozy. The owner is communicative and welcoming. Definitely recommend. Note: The shower could be difficult for those with mobility issues since it’s in a step-up bathtub.
