"great location, clean and tidy but needs some TLC, reception staff were wonderful, breakfast staff were very attentive, bar staff rude, staff rose garden outside were disinterested with no service skill. breakfast were a good selection and great quality, day menu in the garden was dreadfuil, over priced and poor standard. "Really friendly staff. Lovely sunroom to sit in near reception. Comfortable room with a modern and very clean bathroom. Helpful touch of a much needed fan in the room. Quiet in the room despite not being far from the main road. Helpful that Sainsbury’s is only a five minute walk away, but don’t forget to log your car on the iPads in reception before popping to the shop. "
