"Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, visiting the UNESCO listed Hahoe Historical village. Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff at hotel reception were EXTREMELY helpful. When I had trouble booking for my onward bus/train journeys on line, they took time to help me book all my onward journeys !! In particular, I would like to thank these 2 staff : Ms Won Young Jung and Ms Lee Da Dam who went out of their way to help me with my booking !! Well Done to the management for recruiting...

"Good very reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Andong. It's a bit dated but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Don't be put off by the dark corridors and gaudiness - it's excellent for the price and would definitely stay here again. Great location for restaurants, shops and public transport to the main rail and bus terminals. Taxis are cheap and easy to find - cost to the main railway station was 10000 won."

Well Done to the management for recruiting such excellent "Customer Focus" staff !! Thank You !! There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance from the hotel. Hahoe Historical Village is only 15mins taxi ride. I would strongly recommend my friends and family to stay in this hotel should they visit Andong, Korea !! "
