The water fountains and common areas on each floor are great. Breakfast was tasty and we liked that there was fruit served also. Loved our stay here! "

She was calling for taxi service and making sure we were departing with the correct taxi driver and making sure driver understood our destination !! "Perfect for short trip. We booked ondol room - it has no beds, you sleep on mats on heated floor. There is a small seating area in the lobby with microwave if needed. Short walk from the hotel there is a ginseng museum- it was great for kids and it is free"
