"The TV is too complicated to use. I did ask at the desk to explain how to use the hotel Netflix ( we are permitted to use our own Netflix accounts) and they did explain it but it still took 10 minutes of frustration to get it to work. I was successful two times and just gave up. The employees are very friendly and helpful."

"It is clean, relatively central and close to a bus stop. The English of reception, open 10 to 10, is limited but they are very helpful. Breakfast is essentially croissants, cornflakes and coffee. There is no foyer, the entrance being quite small, but the lounge, also acting as a breakfast area can be used."

"Location: With the exemption of the nearby temple, everything else is quite a distance. I was not quie sure of the local bus timetable and none was available at the hotel, so I travelled by taxi everywhere I wanted to go, The hotel was very clean, room floors, bathroom and common sitting area. I saw something like mold in my room which made me somewhat anxious and I thought that it needs a coat of paint. I also regret not being able to open the windows for the breeze."

"We wanted to experience staying in at least one traditional Hanok while traveling through Korea, and we were pleased with this choice. The garden was a peaceful setting to relax in the evening. We enjoyed learning the history of this 250 year old home that has remained in the same family. Our host was very gracious."
