The property feels secure, which provides a tremendous amount of peace of mind. Furthermore, the location is strategically perfect. It's set back enough to feel private and restful, yet its proximity to major routes and the newly free MATA public transit makes navigating Memphis extremely convenient. Every member of the staff I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. "Almost everything was perfect. The entire staff was extremely nice and very helpful, from the bar and restaurant to the lobby and any staff member that I encountered.My only negative mark is that there was a clump of hair in the shower. Gross! Other than that my entire experience at Graceland was wonderful"
