I came in around midnight to get a few hours sleep before a 7am flight. Front desk under blanket in waiting area. No "how can I help you" - just '"do you have a reservation " & when I said yes under expedia & they had phone earlier to advise arriving late. She immediately said we don't do third parties like Expedia! I offered to show her my reservation confirmation. She was busy on computer & ignored saying she was searching. Wow! She did find one! Hotel room was nice for the price and clean & shuttle guy was nice. However though a nice deal for airport area, I wouldn't stay here again based on unprofessional welcome

The room was very and the staff was good. The only problem I had was the smell of weed throughout the hotel. Plus the fire alarm went off in the middle if the night because someone was smoking. Good hotel close to the airport but it smells like a dispensary.

We got a great bargain for what we paid - our flight was 4 hours delayed and the staff was very nice and understanding giving us a late checkout (we arrived at 4:20am). They were also nice letting me work in the lobby / breakfast area. Airport shuttle driver accommodating. Breakfast was decent. It's not the best kept hotel and the fitness center is a little bare bones but for what we needed / expected, totally fit the bill.

Great property for the value - close to airport and thankful for shuttle… Not much within walking distance but a hoppin Mexican restaurant next door that was always busy!!! Doing some renovations while I was there and appeared they were always cleaning keeping things nice. Very accommodating- would totally stay here again
