"We had a very pleasant 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom courtyard apartment. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Its more of a large studio with the bedroom able to be separated by sliding partitions. There's a full kitchen and washer dryer, comfy bed and plenty of storage for longer stays. The staff are nice, friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent position in the city with cafes, bars and most of the tourist sites easily walkable. There's secure parking available but it gets full quickly during business hours. Its a go to hotel for visiting Ottawa. "

"Extremely comfortable and clean, with oddities. We had a one bedroom apartment with a huge living room and bedroom, the tiniest bathroom imaginable and a skinny dining room. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked -- bring your own paper towels, and the cereal bowls are very small. The kitchen is also in need of renovation, things are getting a little funky, but everything was very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable, couches were comfortable and lots of lamps for reading and cozy lounging. Staff were very pleasant and the neighbourhood was great -- right in the centre of things but off a main road, so quieter. We were able to walk to restos, LCBO, grocery store, etc. Underground parking was easy, too. We really liked this place -- even if it could do with a bit of remodel -- and will hope to stay there next time we're in Ottawa."

"the room was spacey, very clean, the shower and bathroom were clean and refreshed. all very nice. mini fridge is always appreciated. the staff was very friendly. checkin was super quick. parking on-site right at front of hotel is great. this is downtown ottawa, so lots of homeless people right by the hotel and walking down the nearby streets"
