"The room was dirty when we checked in. We asked for the room to be cleaned when we went out for dinner. When we had come back it was still dirty and this actually went on to the second night! At check out they took $30 off of the stay. In my opinion I should have had the first night free for the troubles. I asked 5 time"

"This is my second time at the Double Tree and it is a wonderful hotel. Food is great, staff members are lovely. It is a beautiful and clean and well-maintained. I will likely stay again in the future, but I will probably bring my own pillow and an extra blanket. I found the pillows too soft and I like a blanket tucked up to my chin which I couldn't do. I ended up not sleeping very well, and my back was a little sore the next day. Both times I stayed at the hotel there were dozens of children (around 9-12 years old) running around the lobby unsupervised making lots of noise and that was a little frustrating. I think they were hosting junior sports teams for events, and that wasn't the restful vacation I was hoping for."
