"This was a lovely hotel. Family friendly with a free trolley to Universal running every hour. It is clean & safe. It is walking distance to bfast places & grocery store. Our next visit to LA will be staying here."

"We got in after a long day from being out. Came to the hotel and let’s just say when you walk in there’s a smell that you just know something is up. We got to our room and first let me tell you I am not the one to leave a room, but when you find bugs in the room, it was a hell no, and I had my kids with me. "

"I stayed here two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Check-in was smooth, but everything went downhill once we got to the room. It looked nothing like what was advertised online. The room was extremely small, felt cramped, and was not clean. I honestly felt claustrophobic being inside. I went back to the front desk to ask if there were any other room options available, but I was told they were completely sold out. What made this even more frustrating was that I could clearly see multiple rooms that appeared vacant, and there was even availability showing online at the time. The room itself was very outdated, with chipped and worn furniture that made it feel even less inviting. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable—very stiff—and I woke up with back aches the next morning. To make matters worse, the noise level was terrible. Neighbors were dragging furniture throughout the night and into the early morning, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The only positive I can mention is the location—it’s convenient and in a good area. However, the overall experience, lack of transparency, condition of the room, and noise issues made this stay very unpleasant. I would not stay here again."
