"We stayed there over the weekend we use self parking and they charge us for other fees was added to the self parking came up to $67 every day. Everything was great but the over pricing and the pricing gauging in the valet parking and self parking is unacceptable. They said it was good. Gives us a discount for the parking and they never did."

"I don’t think I’ll ever stop staying here. The view from the Hollywood Sign Room is spectacular. The amount of awesome spots in walking distance, the adorably designed rooms, the delicious diner attached (with the most AMAZING selection of pastries in LA -if you ask me-get the ginger scone if nothing else-you won’t regret it) all so worth the price. Only negative I’ll note is the shower (I’ve stayed in 3 separate rooms at this point) definitely leaves something to be desired…the water pressure is so sad. But certainly not a deal breaker for me."

"Really lovely hotel, beautiful facilities and very attentive staff. We particularly enjoyed the free trolley shuttle into Universal, which made things super easy. The poolside food was fantastic, great ingredients and quality and very reasonably priced. We also really enjoyed the evening movies by the pool, which felt like a lovely way to finish off a busy day. My only criticism is that the rules at the pool aren't really enforced, the over 21's hot tub regularly had teenagers in it, and the family spa which was supposed to be no under 14's without a parent, was also filled regularly by young children without any parents in sight. We also saw people sitting in the hot tub eating pizza and crisps, which is just grim. Would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone, but would be nice to see guests being more respectful of their surroundings, and more responsible for their children at the pool."

"Great location for groceries, pharmacy, coffee shop, restaurants, and less than a mile to the freeway. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood in Studio City. My family & I planned to visit Universal Studios, so it was a quick drive (under 15min). It was nice stay with my parents and 2 kiddos, so having a spacious living space and blow up mattresses was very convenient. It was great to have our vehicle in a designated spot versus parking on the street.My suggestions, which are somewhat similar to other reviewers, were sent directly to the host."
