"We had such a great stay at the Sheraton Universal! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Universal Studios, which made everything so convenient, especially with kids. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very welcoming. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept really well after long park days. The staff really stood out—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to anything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt relaxed but still upscale. A couple small things worth mentioning: I do wish there were more drawers or storage space for clothes, especially for families staying multiple nights. Also, we had a noisy neighbor one night, but security handled it quickly and it was quiet right after, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Universal Studios."

"Staff at the property went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Michael at the front desk was awesome, he even walked my friend and I over to the ovation mall which is very close but it was nighttime and we are two senior women, he also told us to call him and he would walk us back. Patricia who runs the breakfast area was such a nice person, she's so pleasant. We took a 2 hour tour with Mr Ifty who was so great, pleasant, helpful and kind. I highly recommend Mr Ifty if you want a private tour, he also offers all day sightseeing at a very responsible price. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Also to mention the hotel is a few minute walk to Ovation Mall, Dolby Theater, Walk Of Fame and more."

"Stayed here recently and had a really good experience overall. The staff was honestly the best part — everyone was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I hope management sees this because the team here was great. The location on Sunset in West Hollywood was awesome too. Felt safe, walkable, and had a cool vibe with plenty nearby. The room itself was decent, comfortable & very clean… though not a super fancy place. My only complaint was that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for renovations during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, I’d definitely stay here again."
