"Place was amazing "

"Was a little worried when I pulled up in the dark. Seemed in a rougher area at first. But I was tired and it was just dark lol so if ya show up at night don’t stress. No it’s not a new hotel. But it was extremely clean rooms. Not to mention VERY big rooms. And big bathroom. Like way bigger than a normal 2 bed hotel room. It was older on the outside for sure. But we were very happy with the price and the room. No breakfast so that stunk but free parking in Cali so yay. And I wasn’t stressing about my car getting broken into. Which in Cali is a big thing. Sadly. Overall very happy. Will definitely stay again as we are universal pass holders. "

"We usually stay across at a different hotel assuming it was “better”. We were WRONG! The Sheraton has so much more to offer. The food was all delicious. The customer service was excellent. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. It’s better for families as well as those on business. The bar area is lively during the evening and I enjoyed sitting in the lounge area drinking a coffee from their Starbucks Café. This hotel also offers the shuttle and has good parking for your car. This will be our yearly staycation when we visit Universal City. Also, I think they offer VIP tour purchases in the lobby. I didn’t ask because we’ve done the VIP tour before, but I think they offer it as well."

"It was good. The bed was clean and comfy, no channel guide so you couldn’t look for what to watch you just had to flip through channels. The place was a little old and had carpet everywhere so it was a little stinky but it was just a staycation. The jacuzzi was fun but omg the morning coffee tasted absolutely disgusting!! I was so disappointed it tasted like they accidentally poured orange juice in it or something! They’r renovating the place, though, so I’m sure after renovations it will be very nice."
