"Great stay. Staff was attentive, amenities were great. Only cons were no hot water in the kitchen sink and I don’t think the showers were cleaned during my 4 night stay. Was a great location with a lot of coffee shops and quick food/metro access."

People aren’t a problem at all and are actually friendly and to themselves, you get to put your stuff in your room safely and get to put your stuff both in the fridge and microwave with no problem as long as you write your name on it.
