"This hotel is a gem in LA. Real enjoyed our stay, from checkin to check out and all in between the service was excellent. We were a family of 5 ( 1 child 2 teenagers) we had the Family Suite and is was perfect for us ( after being nervous that it might be too small when booking). The trolley service to Universal was great. Would highly recommend "

"Everything was great. Nancy(the manager) went above and beyond to make this stay wonderful for me, my wife and our daughter. Housekeeping was also wonderful as our room and the hotel was pretty spotless! The shuttle for Universal was within walking distance, a less than ten minute walk. The pool heater wasn’t working, but it was indoor and was almost warm without it. This is our new “go-to” hotel for our Universal trips. "
