Breakfast was limited but perfect for quick snacks. Room was very clean, smell good and the bed comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. No issues with parking. The only thing we struggled with was a weird noise the mini fridge made out of the sudden every 2-3 hours, it was uncomfortable during sleeping hours. Other than that everything was perfect! 12 minutes to Universal Studios and price was great!

Two nights stay here. Rooms were clean & ac working well. Nice bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast was minimal, but whatever items were kept, were fresh & good quality including freshly brewed coffee.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but perfectly adequate. The check in was kind of annoying because I did things online before I left (to save time when I actually got there) but basically had to do them all over again in person. I paid in advance for three nights but only needed two. When I checked out, I paid an early check out fee and was told I could be reimbursed for the third night but I would have to get it from the agency I booked with (Expedia) but I haven't seen the reimbursement yet. If I don't get it, I will have paid for early check out AND the night I didn't stay there. Hoping this get resolved soon.

There was an incredible amount of noise during the night—I didn’t get any sleep at all. First, the AC was loud, then the trash truck came, followed by cars constantly coming and going, and people talking outside. It was just a terrible night in terms of rest. That said, the room and the property were very clean and pleasant overall.
