"The staff didn’t know how to look up my reservation. The guy behind the counter at 11pm had a bad attitude with me. Told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. This place has a lot of people living there on the property. When I arrived there was a drunk guy in room 108 yelling at a guy in room 107. 10/10 Excellent

"This Courtyard hotel has more of a full service Marriott feel to it. Parking is appx $30 per day but that seems to be common in the greater LA area. We booked a double queen room that Expedia said maximum occupancy was 5 so we assumed there was a sofa bed in the room. Unfortunately none of the rooms at this hotel have more than 2 queen beds. Thankfully the hotel had an additional room available so the five of us didn’t have to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms cleaned and towels stocked. The staff were all very friendly and professional."

"Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. Newer guests were known gang members who said “we should set up shop,here” over the week the staff would come in and not actually clean anything, there was always an odd shortage of simple cleaning items. The neighbors were really kind and asked me us not to park in their driveways nor in front of their house. The washer doesn’t fully do a cycle. The walls are beyond thin,some of the guests think they’re in an airbnb not a hostel. The first detailed lack of transparency was the missing pool which was actually a picture of another place they advertised. Lastly,there was no “profanity” used in this review…"

"Room 102 bed is extremely comfortable. The noise from the pool not sooo much. I’ve voiced my opinion about the tv not saying no signal and not displaying anything other then the news. I was told to toggle the button underneath the tv to tv so it’ll work and didn’t. I was provided the tv guide and the same “no signal”. I’ve figured if there are two desk agents and not willing to come to the room to check it themselves this problem is not going to get solved. No attempts were placed to the room to see if everything was taken care of. Not satisfied with a paid service by lazy front desk agents nor was provided a solution when asked if I could move to another room."
