"Staff "

"The hotel staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast coffee and tea came with surprise fruit and breakfast bars. The free parking was an excellent bonus for the LA area. The hotel was showing its age, but it was comfortable. I as a woman traveling alone felt same and comfortable. My biggest problem was my refrigerator worked too well and froze my food."

"It was a terrible experience because I thought this was a family-friendly hotel (my two children, ages 9 and 6, were with me), but the couple in the room upstairs was making far too much noise—specifically, sounds of intimacy. My children couldn't sleep; it was such an uncomfortable situation that I had to play music all night long so they wouldn't hear it (the creaking bed and the screaming). I do not recommend this hotel for families."

"You get what you pay for. Doesn’t have any body wash or shampoo with the rooms, but nonetheless gets the job done!"

"Big & clean rooms & bathrooms. Had an amazing view of universal studios! Stones throw away from the entrance"
