The breakfast was amazing and Cora, Jon and the whole team are very attentive and care for every detail. At the reception Bertha was able to recommend a place for dinner and make the reservation for us. I could not take the name of each member of the staff, but each and everyone were fantastic. I look forward to staying there again! "

"Great value, centrally located, very nice rooms, and a breakfast to “die for” I liked this hotel very much. It was easy walking distance to major attractions like Guggenheim Museum, Old Town, Metro Stations, and Gran Via. My room was quiet, and well laid out. The included breakfast had a lot of great options but the highlight for me was the “Death By Chocolate” cake…for breakfast! I almost feel guilty that I at a slice each morning. Not only would I want to stay in this Bilbao hotel again, but I will look to see if the hotel chain operates in other cities I plan to visit in the future. Very happy with my choice and highly recommend it to others. "
