Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.

Great hotel- super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet covered all tastes and although we only dined in one evening that meal was great- along with an excellent wine recommendation. The room & bathroom were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We loved our stay and if we return to the Algarve we will be staying here! Thank you!

We stayed in one of the ground floor 2 bedroom apartments for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 8) for 3 nights. The decor was a bit dated but it had everything we needed for self catering and the bedrooms were spacious and it included bath towels (you have to bring own pool towels). No washing machine but there is self service laundry on site which you need euro coins for. The highlight was sitting in the front porch to watch sunset and playing cards. Kids enjoyed the communal pool area which had lots of sun beds and parasols and the little hut for ice creams / drinks was very handy. Bedroom window wasn't secure when arrived but was fixed quickly, we had fast communication through hotels.com. Only negative was the sofa was not comfy, and the friendliness of the receptionist when I asked for a cot could be improved. We would stay here again as felt safe and was very close to lots of beaches including the caves.
