"The home is welcoming, clean, well stocked with woods all around. We enjoyed being able to go for a nice wood walk from the backyard. The proximity to Cacapon state park was easy by car or foot. Excellent, prompt and positive communication with the owners. If we are in the area again we will stay here."

"Feb 2026. Had a great stay. The front porch steps are steep but once inside, the home is open and inviting. Used the fireplace all weekend. The kitchen was nicely socked. Plenty of seating in the dining room and living room for everyone. Sarah checked in to make sure everything was ok, so that was nice of her. Would definitely stay here again."

Kids and adults all liked the jetted tub, the games and toys provided, the fireplace, and thought the beds were really comfortable. A quiet, serene setting with a welcoming, wide porch made for a relaxing, cozy winter weekend away. Host Janie was very communicated and helpful. Would highly recommend!"
