The downtown location made for a perfect central base for getting out and exploring all of Costa Rica with an agency right across the street for booking tour guided excursions. The entire hotel staff was very nice and helpful in every way. Their drivers for their provided shuttle service got me from airport to hotel on my arrival and from hotel back to airport on my departure. 5 stars all around."
