"What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior.
I believe this is the best personaled service I have received in years and I/we have about 60-70 nights in different hotels each...

"Great premises and killer staff, but the real kicker is the proximity to the loveliest beach in town. A 30 second walk, and you find yourself in this volcanic creek with gorgeous views of the bay. Did early morning yoga and took a swim as the sun was coming up. This is what this hotel provides – on top of everything else! Also, great breakfast experience. A no-brainer."

Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. "Very nice hotel in downtown Cap d’agde. The room was clean and nice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. My only issue was the WiFi. I was at the back of the hotel and had very spotty WiFi and sometimes it didn’t work. I brought this up with the staff and they said you have to enter a new password every day. Seems strange! I tried the new password they gave me but it didn’t help. The issue is that the WiFi is spotty in places. If you really need WiFi then be aware...
