"Nice hotel, but there was a strong perfume smell in our room that gave me a rotten headache. I had to take allergy meds the whole time I was staying there.. Everything still reeked of perfume when I got home, so I had to wash everything and had to air out my suitcase for quite a while when I got home. The self parking was quite a distance away, so we used their valet parking instead. Aside from costing more and having to remember to call 15 minutes ahead, valet parking worked out well. The workers were friendly and our car was always ready at the time they said. The hotel is also close to the city bus line to get into downtown (ticket machines are in each little station) and there is a frequent shuttle for getting around within the Cleveland Clinic The restaurant in the hotel had a nice setting, but the breakfast food was mediocre, especially considering the exorbitant cost for the poor quality food. .The “scrambled” eggs were overcooked, hard, and dried out. I suspect they cooked them in a large pan in the oven. The “scone” had surprisingly large chunks of dry flour in it. The whole meal was dried out and disgusting. After the first day we got the warmed up egg sandwiches from the little coffee shop in the lobby by the restaurant. They were moist,, hot, and delicious. The yogurt parfaits were delicious as well. The woman who worked there was always cheery and efficient. Highly recommend! They also have a nice 24/7 grab-n-go food area which was helpful."

"This is an older home in a nice residential neighborhood. Jennifer, our host contact, was very nice and extremely helpful. Her responses were very timely and useful. One day we had a heating issue because of an abrupt (cold) weather change, but Jennifer very quickly helped us address the issue satisfactorily. "

"The house was great for a quick overnight stay and Billy was very responsive answering questions about the house and check-in process. The backyard was large and very accommodating for our two dogs. Would stay again!"

"There was a lot to like about this property. Unfortunately the temporary electric water heater was underpowered and if anyone used hot water anywhere in the house, the lights in the kitchen and family room flicker wildly. Also, the lower level was quite a bit colder than the main floor. On a positive note, the decor is very distinctive. The photos are accurate - if you like what you see, you’ll like it in person. The kitchen had plenty of counter space and the open floor plan made it easy to have multiple cooks. The beds were also very comfortable Finally the host was very responsive to our questions. The place looked recently renovated. Hopefully he is continuing to improve the property and the problems we had will be resolved by the time you read this. "
