Clean spacious room #402. Had previously stayed in #403 and it was good but much smaller. As the start of the Cairns festival was beginning there was some noise from drumming etc but the eased off early in the night. Did not use the restaurant or the bar during this visit. Contact with reception staff was friendly and effecient

Great location in the heart of the esplanade, restaurants and only a five minute walk to the marina. Rooms and common areas look fresh and well maintained. Helpful reception staff. Dined at the rooftop bar which had a fantastic view but service didn’t quite meet the friendly and accommodating nature of colleagues at reception. Overall a terrific hotel and would stay again.

Perfect for what we needed for our two nights in Cairns. Great location for restaurants, reef tours, swimming and Cairns Koalas! The air con was great after warm days out and about too. Staff super friendly and helpful on arrival :)

The staff at Oaks Cairns were absolutely lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room and great central location, walking distance to most activity meetups, great restaurants and shopping. I had an unfortunate experience at the Double Tree by Hilton and ended up needing a room last minute, even though Oaks Hotel Cairns had nothing to do with the poor experience at Double Tree Hilton, they gave me a free drink voucher to help improve my night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
