"We loved our 10 days in this beautiful villa. The views were amazing, so close to the sea. The villa was comfortable for 2 adults and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a five minute walk to the closest small grocery store. We visited at the end of October and were surprised to see that the restaurants close by had closed for the season. Jose Maria was great to work with. Excellent communication and checkin/checkout emails and videos. "

"Our stay was 5 days, but it was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, spacious, the breakfast was great, and the service was fantastic. Everything was close by. The rooms were cleaned daily. We will definitely be back."

"Overall villa requires tlc, furnishings very tired and need up-dating. Especially the tiles around the pool that are broken and are a trip hazard.No toilet located on same level as the pool (which is not ideal for those with young children). The electrics around the villa are in a poor state, with some exposed wiring in the bedrooms. The check in process, was very rushed, and we were not able to check the whole villa before they left. The villa was not the cleanest on arrival. The kitchen facilities were good, with plenty of utensils. Air-conditioned throughout including every bedroom which was greatly appreciated on a hot day in August. (However, One bedroom air conditioning leaked towards end of holiday) The pool was absolutely fantastic and made the holiday, children absolutely loved it. The villa is in a good location, walking distances to multiple beaches and a short taxi ride to Salou and themepark and waterparks. Also be aware that the villa is located in a residential area and access to the pool after 11pm is not allowed. If refurbished, I would recommend this villa to others."

"PROS:Location of this home was great (3 minute walk to the beach) and it was clean. The pool was also nice. Beds were comfortable. CONS:Amenities not working/not provided:- Jacuzzi would not turn on and was dirty/had no cover- Property manager did not respond to fixing this issue during our stay and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. - Apparently even if it did turn on, the property manager informed me that the "Jacuzzi" would not have been hot as it was meant to be "cold with bubbles"???? - Hot Water/Showers: Only the bottom level shower had hot water. The upper two level showers did not have hot water. -We were provided exactly 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for our week long stay (the home is meant to sleep 16), no hand or body soap was provided in the bathrooms, each person was only given 1 bath towel (no washcloths were provided), and no paper towels/hand towels were provided in the kitchen.-Provisioning the house with these basic amenities was not anticipated and added extra expense/trips to the store for us. - Parking: No parking was allowed in the driveway. Street parking was very busy during the day due to the public beach access in front of the home. Be prepared to search for a parking spot and walk a good distance. "
