"Pros: Das Haus war super sauber und wir hatten sogar eine kostenlose komplette Haussäuberung während unserer 6 Tage. Der Pool ist riesig und die Daybeds sind sehr toll zum entspannen. Das komplette Haus ist neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausmanagerin per WhatsApp war klasse. Man ist mit dem Auto in 15 min in Palma sowieso am Flughafen. Viele tolle Strände in der Nähe auch 15-30 min Fahrt."

"Pros: Die Villa war wirklich genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gross und geräumig, verschiedene Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner und grosser Pool. Gute Küchenausstattung (teilweise nicht sehr neu aber hat gereicht). Gute Lage, mit dem Auto schnell am Flughafen, Palma, Strand. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen. Cons: In zwei Badezimmern kam in der Dusche nur kaltes Wasser. "Pros: The outside setting was stunning! We had a wonderful time. The nearest supermarket is around 7mins driving in Andratx. The drive to the house is windy and climbing the mountains - very stunning. Our kids loved the pool and the interior of the house was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and everything you need for a great time. The hosts Marta and Magdalena were lovely and check in process super easy. Highly recommend!"

"Pros: The pool, though not heated was a fine temperature, great views of the mountains from the pool terrace. The rooms are massive, the beds are really big! There are 2 massive tv's that we didn't use. William was really great and checked us in at 1.30am and gave us very late check out! The grounds are the stand out of this place, table tennis, tennis, all equipment, trampoline, lots of place to sit, BBQs, a massive table under cover with lights, a speaker for tunes. You can walk merely 10mins...

"Room was clean and staff very helpful when asking directions, couldn't fault anything, close to marina, close to local bus services ,highly recommended, good choice for breakfast"

"Double Sea View Room. I will qualify this by saying that it may just be us, but at this price point we expected much better. Perhaps for this location it's more of a budget hotel? They put us on the first floor (one up from street level). Really lousy view, trees, cars, 2 light poles shining into our room, but you can see the boats. Being so low we saw almost no horizon and really no view (definitely better than facing another building, but we wouldn't consider it a "Sea View"). Being so low, lots of road noise but they have double patio doors which block most of it, if you are happy to keep them closed. Everyday we had sewer gas entering the room from the shower drain; covering it with a plastic bag and bath mat helped but didn't eliminate the problem. With a connecting door to the adjacent room you can clearly hear conversations and even snoring, but the neighbours were pretty good. Also some plumbing noises from other rooms. We stayed at 3 other hotels on Menorca and Mallorca, this was the most expensive and the only one without a Nespresso machine. In fairness we knew that in advance, but it would be an improvement. We hate writing negative reviews, and again, perhaps we expected too much. Hope it helps."

"Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice."
