"The apartment was very well furnished, spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The gardens at the complex were neatly kept. We used the restaurants and bars nearby which were very good. There were two small supermarkets also very close the walk down to the beach was approximately 10 minutes. With plenty of bars for the walk back. The owner Fiona was very easy to contact and was extremely helpful. She gave us lots of helpful information which made our stay so much easier. We would definitely go back and highly recommend to our friends and family. "

"A well equipped comfortable apartment in a good location with all you need close by. Lovely balcony with pool and seaview. The gardens are beautiful and immaculately kept. The beach is just over the boardwalk and also very clean. We had a lovely holiday here."

"We had a great week at Villa Aran, the location was excellent and very easy to find. The poole table and table tennis were a great bonus.The villa is looking a little tired and the twin room downstairs is very much an add on and a strange space! The swimming pool was a big let down to us as the chemicals used ruined our swimwear on day one meaning we were reluctant to use for the rest of the holidays, not great when you are paying such a lot for a villa, and yes we did shower before swimming!The lack of tiny little touches also let the villa down, little things like a dishcloth, washing up liquid and handwash in bathrooms would be appreciated, along with oil and salt and pepper! "

"First the small negatives. I thought the complex looked a bit tired and was in need of painting and the pool times were a bit limited, 12am-20pm. There were many pluses though. the apartment was a good size, in fact the bedroom was massive with plenty of storage. The kitchen was fine and well equipped and the views from the terrace were stunning. We like walking and the walk to the beach, bars and shops were manageable. However, is is quite hilly so might not be suitable for everyone so a car is recommended. there was a bus stop right outside so that is a cheaper alternative to taxis.The area is quiet and has both a holiday and residential feel about it. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment."
