"Dirty room horrible smell shower full of hairs bed smells bad"

"I called the day before to book a room with a heated pool and I was told it was heated. When we got there my kids went to the pool and the water was so cold. Not heated at ALL! I asked a maintenance man about it and he said the heater had gone out the day before (the same day I booked). 2 of my kids got sick from the water being cold. And then we go downstairs that evening for snacks and my granddaughter bit into a chip and said “it’s gross”. I checked the expiration date and they had expired. There was also mold in the hall way and in our room. Overall a bad experience. The GM was not help either. He claims be didn’t know the pool heater wasn’t working. "
