I came here with my friend for just a weekend in August. Although the building has a strong smell of cigarettes, the apartment was nice, clean, and well enough equipped. My friend and I both thought it was more than acceptable for the price, and our plans that weekend. We really only were there to sleep and get ready to go out again. We bought an air freshener from the dollar store to put in the room that also really helped with the smell. Richard was also helpful and accommodating to us when we needed to book an extra night.
