We arrived at 830pm with our 6 year old. Told they didn’t have a room for us. But we could go next door. Then they told us to sit and wait. They came back and said they would be able to give us a room but it was an upgrade. Why not just do that from the beginning and not have gone through all the chaos. They would have looked like hero’s. The room was nice and it was quiet and comfy. There isn’t any free continental breakfast. The pool was so dirty and murky. The hot tub had a brown scum all around the edge.

Really comfy beds, spacious room. Overall enjoyed my stay. The only downfall is the shower. They have a rainfall shower head and the water barely sprays out a foot from the wall, therefore you have to stand very close to it to get water and you hit the back of your legs on the faucet.
