The Casa Daniela is located in Loreto, district of Arco da Calheta, on a quiet side street 300 m above sea level with a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the valley of Arco da Calheta. The Alberto Abreu family lives in the basement.
The apartment is almost at street level on the upper floor.
The apartment (60 sqm) has 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room with satellite TV, CD player and free Wi-Fi internet connection, large kitchen, hallway and shower room. The 2 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with beautiful wooden floorboards, kitchen and bathroom with tiles.
The kitchen, living room and balcony offer an unforgettable view of the sea and the Arco da Calheta basin.

What a fantastic stay!

What a fantastic stay! We spent a wonderful month at this beautiful place. The view of the ocean is magnificent! It was spacious, pristine clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed.Alberto and his wife are beyond exceptional people- 5-star hosts - communicative, friendly, and helpful! Very pleasant stay with spectacular views

A comfortable apartment with good facilities. The host who lives below the property was very friendly and helpful. The road up to the property is rather narrow but manageable with care and the off-road parking space was useful. There are shops within walking distance for supplies but it was nice and quiet. The location is good for visiting the whole island. The veranda space with views down to the sea is definitely the highlight.

The best accomodation we have ever had.

From the first day on which we have arrived we really felt welcome and at home. Alberto and his family treated us like a friend. Whenever there was a question or issue (never) Alberto always was friendly and offered his support. Moreover and from time to time he provided various fruits, a bottle of wine or some eggs. As a summary I would propose this accomodation to everyone who wants to have some quiet times. Moreover : Did I mention the excellent view over Arco and the sea ? Whenever we will comme back to Madeita we will stay with Alberto again. Be sure ! Jeanne and Axel

Fantastischer Ausblick - Super Vermieter

Very clean, kitchen well equipped (we only missed scissors), view absolutely stunning! Alberto gave us a very warm welcome including fresh eggs and fruits from his garden. It's a 10 minute drive to Calheta beach, which is absolutely beautiful. You need a car to get there and you have to be careful at first because the road is a bit tricky but once you did it you will be happy about this amazing view :). And it gets easier when you arrive at the apartment for the second time ;)

Traumhaft der Blick von der Terrasse und eine schöne Wohnung. Das beste ist jedoch der Vermieter. Ungeheuer charmant und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Obst, einen leckeren Wein und Eier überreicht und auch zwischendurch immer wieder einen liebenswerten Kontakt. Die Eingebung ist gut (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) eingerichtet. Matratzen zum schlafen haben wir gut und bequem. Unser Rückflug wurde wegen schlechten Wetter um einen Tag verschoben. Unser Vermieter war sofort bereit uns behilflich zu sein. TollIhm und deiner Frau danken wir ganz herzlich und haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment und vor allem auch in dem kleinen Ort sehr wohl gefühlt. Begrüßt wurden wir von Alberto und seiner Frau, zwei ganz sympathische Menschen. In der Wohnung fanden wir eine Schale Obst aus dem eigenen Garten, Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und eine Flasche portugiesischen Wein. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber mit allem erforderlichen ausgerüstet, sehr sauber und vor allem haben die Betten ausgezeichnete Matratzen. Der Blick von Balkon ist genau wie in dem Inserat, zu jeder Tageszeit ein Traum. Die Anfahrt zu dem Grundstück ist wirklich sehr steil, allerdings kann man das geschickt lösen, indem man einfach von oben, über Loreto, in die Straße fährt.

Aussicht ein Traum , es gibt alles was man braucht

Sehr netter Eigentümer , wir haben frische Eier bekommen . Wir kamen nachts an und er hat uns Frühstück besorgt . Calheta Beach 10min entfernt. Sandstrand fanden die Kids klasse . Straße zur Unterkunft eng und am Berg , aber so wie alles auf Madeira . Und hat es an nichts gefehlt .

Das Ferienhaus hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Vor allem die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Atlantik und die grosse Terrasse. Unser Gastgeber Alberto tut alles, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Jede Woche brachte er uns Früchte aus seinem Garten, Eier, selbstgemachte Poncha etc. Wir haben die 5 Wochen, bei herrlichem Wetter in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir haben 16 sehr schöne Tage in der sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Alberto ist sehr nett und hat uns mit Obst und frischen Eiern aus seinem Garten versorgt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön, wir hatten einmal das Glück, Delphine zu sehen. Die Anfahrt ist sportlich ( sehr steil und eng), von oben ist es einfacher, wir haben dann irgendwann etwas oberhalb an der Hauptstraße geparkt.
