"By far this resort has the best staff ever, consistent in almost every department. Did not have much interaction with housekeeping but front desk staff, spa director, restaurant staff and so on just delightful.... Thank you for a relaxing weekend and great food and entertainment! Love Mick Jagger Cover and was an additional surprise to my stay. Rooms were well cooled and clean, the overall appearance of the property is a bit run down and I loved that fact....because the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and cool and I was additionally paying for someone's interior designer!!! I went for the pools of water and the break....perfect weekend....perfect pricing and assistance when I needed any!"

"The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Great location, great friendly staff, very clean, great pool, great service from all staff and operations, and very nice clean rooms. Justin, Gordy, Fern, Will, and Kern were all fantastic team members, and they all provided excellent service. My clients stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel due to the location and the resort-style feel. I was originally booked for 3 days and my stay was so nice I extended for two more days. "The shower faucet is mounted too high, and the spray is diffuse and lacks sufficient pressure; the showerhead cannot be detached for handheld use, making it very inconvenient for children, as the water doesn't reach them effectively during baths. It is recommended to install a child-friendly showerhead or a detachable handheld showerhead."
