"Overall experience was good. However, we ended up coming early and enquired about an early check-in fully recognizing that normal check-in time was 4:00pm. However the desk clerk informed us that there would be a $50 early check-in fee. My wife and I have done a significant amount of travel and never once were asked to pay for early check-in.
