Our room was very small. The bathroom was very tight. The breakfast was so so. We had so much better.our other hotel in Venice. The breakfast room is tight and not much in pastries

Great hotel and as named a social hub. The rooms were spacious clean and had everything you needed. Shower was hot and powerful (be careful to close the shower door properly or the whole floor gets soaked). Staff were friendly welcoming ans spoke English. Great facilities, the gym was big and had plenty of equipment. There was table top football and little booths for working. The café was well stocked with pizza, sandwiches, desserts and other confectionery. Good location only 12min walk from the train station and centre of town. Good clean area. There is a rooftop bar and pool which can be busy on weekend evenings. Highly recommend this hotel. Would stay again.

The property was clean including all reception and entertainment rooms. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. There is a beautiful pool and rooftop area, also coffee cafe, a lovely restaurant and a breakfast buffet. Great place to stay.

A clean and modern hostel. A bit of a walk from the main tourist sites. We had a shocking experience checking in, the reservation system was down and the Reservation Manager was very rude and aggressive - totally unacceptable behavior.

Eggs were too wet, everything else great. At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub
