Staff were very helpful and nice, rooms had everything you needed and it was perfect for my short 2 night stay, however the walls were paper thin! To the point I could hear another guest snoring. I’m not sure if this is because we were in the newly refurbished south wing but the walls need some serious work to make them a little more sound proof from others.

A very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely and there is a lot of choice. We would definitely be staying there again when back in Florence!

Nice location, wonderful to walk from the hotel to the Arno riverside. Most places of interest are in vicinity in walking distance. Very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms are very quiet, after visiting Rome, the silence was profound! Facility may need some attention though. Liked the breakfast.

A beautiful property with helpful staff. We arrived late due to a train delay. They helped us find a restaurant and a taxi quickly. The only downside is the location- no restaurants close by- alternatively the restaurant inside the hotel was surprisingly good. Highly recommend

This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff and customer service . A/C works. Very well during hot summer. Hotel is well located . Rooms comfortable.
