Portnellan is a great starting Point to reach almost every destination in the Highlands. Our tip for families ist to do the GoApe treetop challenge in Aberfoyle. Enjoy your stay, we did it."

The process from beginning to end was exeptional and the communication from the host, Doug was 1st class. We arrived early and he allowed us to check in early. "Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done."

"We had a great mini break at Dunmor House with family. It is a well maintained, comfortable and well equipped house. There were 14 of us but it didn’t feel in the least crowded. There are numerous sitting areas and it was fantastic that everyone had their own bathroom. "The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "
