"The hotel room is a bit old and outdated. The hotel location is perfect and just above the Grand Central Station."

" ⸻ Disappointed with my stay. The staff were not friendly, and despite arriving 2 hours after check-in time, my room was still not ready. I had paid extra for two beds but they said they have only room for 1bed. What’s worse is there was no apology for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional."

"I was not satisfied with my stay. The washing machine and dryer were broken, so only one of each was available, which made it inconvenient to use. The elevator often stopped working in the morning, so I had to use the stairs instead."

"The set up of the bathroom was extremely poor. Hard to get to the toilet or even the sink because there was no space. The bathroom door, when opened touched the tub, blocking any access. The shower curtain had a mildew smell to it. The hotel advertises chrome casting but cannot be used and the tv guide would not work. "

"They did not allow early check-in, but there was a bug in the room. The clothes iron was not clean. The night staff was not very helpful when they took my IDs and room key at night. "

"We had a great stay. Location is fantastic for ease of travel, nearby options and safety. Hotel is well staffed, friendly team and very professional. Room was extremely big for NYC. Highly satisfied. "
