EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! The breakfast was great there was a wide range of options, the eating area was clean. Coffee and tea available 24/7. The staff were amazing shoutout to Wendy and Xavier they helped us so much during our stay with information and were so so kind!

We had a great stay! The hotel room was clean, the breakfast was nice just very busy. The area was a little sketchy; we did park our car on the street which saved us from paying $40 per night for parking. Our car was totally fine. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay. Stayed 6 nights for our Wedding! The staff were all amazing, we loved Melissa, she made sure we were well taken care of. The front desk were all friendly and very helpful. The free shuttle to the 7 train was very convenient, used it almost every morning. There were several bus stops right around the hotel. Very easy walking. There is a dispensary, bodega, convenience store, a bar, and a deli nearby. The view from the upper floors was amazing. The bed was comfy, the noise was at a minimum, air conditioner worked great, clean and spacious. Free breakfast. Cost was 1/2 of that in Manhattan. Only 15 min from Grand Central. Definitely going to be returning.

Great hotel. Wonderful staff, rooms were clean, new with great amenities. Breakfast in the morning and shuttle to the subway available in the mornings and evenings. Location is a little sketchy, but hotel is very safe and it's a great place to stay that's close to Manhattan.

From the moment I arrived the staff was warm & welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Although I did not eat breakfast, it looked fantastic! I did not use the parking garage so I can't speak to that. The location isn't ideal if your hoping to step outside and walk around the city. However, I still loved it because it was only a short 20 min uber ride into the city even in traffic. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

I got free upgrade to the suite at top floor The view of Manhattan is great though but I didn’t spend much time in the room unfortunately. the location of the hotel is pretty bad. The shuttle bus is only available every 30 mins in a very limited schedule.the room floor is not clean, walked with my white socks and it turned pretty dirty at the end of stay.

Stay was okay, the room view was nice. However the roomed smelled musty or like they used an old mop for cleaning it. The thing that really upset us, was the front desk did not have any bandaids in their first aid kit. My mom fell off the shuttle and had a cut on her ankle and the hotel had no way to help in the moment…. They then ordered bandaids for the first aid kit once they realized. Ideally this should always be double checked, and re stocked constantly. It’s a first aid kit and you run a hotel. I would like someone to reach out from the hotel. Shuttle was convenient though for getting to the subway.

The room was clean, and we had a nice view of the NYC skyline. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a few different options to choose from. We did experience a few minor hiccups, including Wi-Fi issues on our first day and the fire alarms going off one night. These were not the hotel’s fault and were unavoidable. If you’re looking for an affordable stay with a great staff outside of Manhattan, this is a great place to consider. I recommend using the subway or Uber for transportation. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the Queens subway station. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back again. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our visit a pleasant one!
