Villa Mary, is a charming countryside villa with a private swimming pool located in the peaceful Sabina hills, just 50 km from Rome. The villa is part of Santa Cristina Estate, a traditional Italian countryside property surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills where wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil are produced. Here guests can experience the authentic atmosphere of rural Italy while enjoying the privacy of a villa with its own garden and swimming pool.
The house is set in a large private garden with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The private swimming pool (12 x 5 m) is exclusively for the guests of the villa and offers the perfect place to relax during summer days.
A spacious patio with pergola, barbecue and large wooden dining table is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors and experiencing the pleasure of traditional Italian al fresco dining.
Within the estate, guests can also enjoy several leisure facilities including a shared tennis court and five-a-side football pitch and a table tennis.

Great place close to Rome
We wanted a place no too far from Rome , quiet , in which to stay off season , for a week with gran children
The weather was fine , sunny but not too hot
The place is clean , well maintained and a basket of wine , oil coffee , biscuits was a very nice touch.
The book gave us very useful addresses of delicious Italian food shops and takeaways.
It also listed nearby places to visit
The rooms are just right, comfortable and spacious.
The pool is great
The garden big enough for the children to play , yet remain within reach
And the countryside is marvellously quiet , with sometimes a distant engine noise to remind us we are in 2018...
We will definitely come back for a relaxed leisurely vacation

Great vacation place
I had already stayed in the area before and loved it.
We wanted to take a holiday away from the busy season , but still with nice weather and warmth.
Being close to Rome , villa Mary was a perfect choice.
The lace was perfect when we arrived. the nice touch being the bottles of wine and olive oil and freshly grinned coffee.
The rooms are very comfortable and the countryside is very quiet , especially at night.
The swimming pool was very nice.
In the house book , we found nice shops , places that serve delicious Italian food ( also takeaway) and places to visit.
It was a leisurely vacation , with young children

Perfect property with fantastic panoramic view
We have been here 12 days with 2 families. Really a perfect house with wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Just one thing: there are 3 bathrooms but just one shower. But this could not bother us.

Lovely situation and fantastic pool and outdoor area. Lots of space
Laurentia is a friendly host and quick to respond. The house is ideal for two families or a big group of friends. Away from the fast pace of life. If you want to wind down and chill out, this is the place. Few shops or bars in and around but a great pizzeria, local store and basic supermarket in the town.
Traditional house which is clean.
Oh, and bring lots of mosquito repellent.
