"The property we booked was not the one we found on arrival as evident by the pictures. It was late at night, after traveling for 20 hours, so decided to stay. Within a couple of hours of sleep, we were being bit by bedbugs, so moved to the couch which was falling apart. The linens for the bed and bathroom were sparse and did not smell clean. The dishcloth for the kitchen was just a ratty old piece of rag and the sponge was used and filthy. We could not access the tv either. The apartment...

"Loved our stay! The location is nice and central to old quarter, close to the lively downtown area but tucked away from all the noise. We ate at a bbq spot right outside the gated area and it was amazing. The host was amazing, extremely fast responses, very outgoing to make sure we were comfortable, and provided all the information we needed. Very accommodating. If I ever come back to Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again and I fully recommend this stay."

"Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans le quartier des 36 corporations, le plus agréable de Hanoï à notre avis !La chambre était à peu près conforme à ce que nous attendions. "Peridot Grand Hotel is a beautifully designed hotel that's located in the centre of Old Quarter Hanoi. My partner and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and from the moment we of check-in to the time of check-out we felt the warmth, helpfulness, and the hospitality of the staff. We also were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed which gave us great rest. The guest services were also very helpful in providing us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions ahead of arrival and scheduling us with transportation to our next location.
