"Everything was perfect from day one. Me and my partner stayed at Rixos Downtown for 7 nights. We had the best, the most relaxing time even. The clients experience is extremely luxurious. All staff, starting from the reception desk, restaurant, clients agents, bartenders, waitress and waitresses, cleaners was extremely nice, helpful and especially Anna- client agent, who was looking after us, went above and beyond, an extra mile, to make even our last hours in the hotel the most enjoyable. All hotel was extremely clean. Room was spotless, with incredible, lovely smell. Everything was just perfect and much more. "

"No not at all. I mainly wanted to use the pool since I love swimming. Pool was cold and there were no lifeguards when I tried to swim at 530 pm on Match 5th. It should have been open till 10 pm just like gym.The temperature was supposed to be 28.4 like every other indoor pools in the hotels worldwide. It was only 22C. So I couldn't swim. My reservation was for 3 days. I only stayed one night. Following morning I talked to 2 managers in the hotel they both said there is nothing they could do so I left the hotel in the morning of March 6th. I paid for 3 nights, half board , March 5 ,6 and 7. I only had dinner on March 5th. I didn't even have breakfast on March 6th because I was so upset after talking to the managers. They were not friendly and not willing to help at all. I lost my money thru no fault of mine. I moved to a different hotel with a functioning pool and my vacation ended up being more expensive unexpectedly and unfairly. I would give this hotel 1 star "

"The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again"

"Staff on the front desk was very grumpy, didn’t smile or interact, did bare minimum at check in. "

"Staff were great, the sea view was lovely. Bed was comfy. Shower was hesitant to work properly at start but after 5 mins it was good to go, probably only our room. Has great restaurants attached at the bottom for easy access to them and the spa was also a great bonus. Thank you guys "

"Room was clean but bed like a rock very hard and uncomfortable, my son and I did not have a restful sleep only painful backs. Food limited mostly vegetables although good if you want to slim down, not good for a fussy eater, not much snacks before meals. "

"Overall I was dissapointed. The hotel is marketed as a luxury stay with pretty pictures but is a 3star facility. Location is not great as has no holiday vibe, only views of roof tops and buildings from all sides. Had it been marketed as a 3 star it would be fine, but its marketed as exceptional luxury apartment and cost almost the same as a 5 star hotel would cost, so it was a disappointment! No cancellation either. Perhaps good for families as its very quiet and the pool is nice for kids. No guests allowed even for a few hours. I go to Antalya as a solo traveller few times a year and I wouldn't want to come back to this place, certainly not at their price point. Not worth what it costs compared to other properties in the area."
