Holiday Home 'Casa Collicello Relax' with Mountain View, Private Pool & Wi-Fi

Located in Camaiore, 'Casa Collicello Relax' offers guests a fantastic mountain view. This two-story holiday home features a living room with two sofa beds for two people each, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, one bathroom, an additional toilet, and accommodates up to eight guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, fan, washing machine, and dryer. A cot and high chair are also available.



Enjoy the private outdoor area with a pool, garden, and barbecue. The pool is for guests’ exclusive use and is open from mid-May to mid-September. Maintenance and water quality checks are carried out by the owner’s staff every 2-3 days.



Nearby attractions include the Apuan Park with hiking trails. For children, the Serbacco amusement park is just 10 minutes away, and beaches can be reached in 30 minutes.



There are three parking spaces on the property. Up to two pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access.



A private chef can be hired on request for an extra fee. Homemade or homegrown products are offered. Guidelines are provided to help you separate waste correctly, with more information on site. The property uses water and energy saving devices and sustainable insulation materials.

Casa molto bella, ma difficile da raggiungere

Pros: La casa al suo interno non mancava di nulla, con utensili e tecnologie recenti, e anche molto pulita Cons: Gli unici problemi solo il come raggiungere la casa, dato che bisogna attraversare stradine molto strette e il problema del poco parcheggio. Cose che una volta imparate e affrontate una prima volta non creano più un problema

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und wurden von niemanden gestört. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Cons: Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war nicht sehr hoch und die Wassermenge pro Duschvorgang etwas gering. Es musst dann gewartet werden bis der nächste Duschen konnte
