"So basically the only good thing about this hotel is the location near beach. The state of the property is horrible. The phone did not work, the window aluminium shade didnt work. The plugs are far from dresser which is wierd. The staffare not helpful at all. The way to get to the hotel by train was a horrible experience pretty much the train station is deserted , i had to walk in the dark for half an hour ti get to civilation. They could tell guests that they need to get off at the previous...
"Comfortable stay in a pleasant location, which is convenient to explore the surroundings! Freshly made breakfast is a plus, the cakes are homemade and the warm dishes (eggs, pancakes, ham and cheese toast) are prepared upon request from the menu! Would recommend it :)"

Beach across the road with special rates for those staying at the hotel. Beach lovely and very shallow for quite a way. Food at hotel very good. "Property is beautiful. Lots of space and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and outside space was amazing. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end of a day out. Only slight negative is the access which others have mentioned but for the views and solitude it is necessary I guess! Lots of places to explore close by and not far from Pisa airport. Fabrizio was a wonderful host, the welcome basket was amazing. He was always available for any questions we had and very accommodating with the travel issues we encountered. Would not hesitate to recommend. "

"Superb stylish villa with wonderful gardens and pool. Remote control gates added a great feel of security. Table under the pergola was superb for taking meals. We cooked outside all the time as the Bbq was excellent and the local shops, especially the Sigma, had a great variety of meat and a seafood counter where we bought squid and prawns etc. There is a larger Esselunga supermarket on John F Kennedy in Lido di Camaoire but once we discovered the Sigma there was no need to return. We would greatly recommend the Ristorante Antipasteria Katia Montebello on the end of Via Grotto just a few minutes walk from the Villa. We went there twice as the food and service was so good. We would recommend the villa for those wanting a home away from home experience - well appointed, extremely clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (including pool towels) supplied. Within easy driving distance of Lido Di Camaiore for the beach, Pietrasanta, Pisa and Lucca for sightseeing and shopping . Our hosts Donatella and her son Gabriel were very courteous with good communication."
"The property is literally across the street from the boardwalk. The pier (which is awesome) is only about 400 meters away from the hotel.
