The area is well equipped with everything you need within walking distance: bars, restaurants, laundry and free parking to have the possibility of traveling by car and easily reaching the sea or the train station to visit nearby cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence.

The internal parking is reserved for scooters only, for the car there is a free parking 3 minutes walk away.
To arrive by train, the Camaiore Lido-Capezzano or Viareggio train stop is recommended and from there you can take a taxi to reach the house. It is very convenient and easy to reach by car via the Sarzanese state road.
