About this property

The rustic Tuscan that you have always wanted to live

  • House of ancient construction, (1735-1800) where the characteristics of the peasant house have been maintained and equipped to modern needs. Fully wooden floors, two fireplaces, original stone masonry. The house has a large entrance hall with fireplace, solid wood kitchen, large living room with fireplace, 10 sqm terrace. and a sauna created in an old closet partially dug out of the rock.
    The sleeping area has three double bedrooms all furnished with original, ancient and restored furniture, large bathroom with shower. The outdoor area has a large pergola, barbecue, wood oven, wooden table to be with your friends and your beautiful family ... and there is also ... the size of 2.70x5.40 with water height ml 1,30
