Wonderful Tuscan holiday home

From Camaiore, a short drive up in the hills (narrow roads, but everyone is nice and friendly when you drive in opposite directions) leads to the tiny village Greppolungo where Casa Alba is located. Here you will find a true get-away for a lovely Italian holiday. From the terrace you’ll have a beautiful view of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore and the sea, regardless of the weather! Surrounded by lemon trees and olive trees, in the beautiful terraced garden you’ll have both shade and sun. The outdoor kitchen was a true favourite of ours and we used it every single day. The house itself is just what you need and has everything you need. There are two perfect bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Our three year old daughter enjoyed her stay as well. Make sure you bring enough toys and a small children’s swimming pool if you want to keep them happy and cool on a hot summer’s day. She enjoyed playing hide and seek in the garden as well. The beaches of Torre del Lago are nearby and we also visited the cities of Pisa and Lucca, and various local wineries and olive oil producers. We highly recommend this holiday home!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren für 7 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren wirklich begeistert. Für unseren Hund war der Garten perfekt, da er komplett eingezäunt ist. Um die Unterkunft gibt es einige schöne Wanderungen. In einigen Bewertungen wurde die schwierige Anfahrt zum Grundstück erwähnt. Die Straße ist zwar einspurig und bei Gegenverkehr muss man u.U. etwas rangieren, aber alles in allem ist das kein Problem. Belohnt wird man dafür mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer.

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno

Casa Alba, è la scelta ideale per chi ama la tranquillità, le passeggiate nei boschi in una zona davvero molto panoramica, ed è disposto a fare un po' di km per raggiungere le spiagge della Versilia. La casa è davvero molto carina e spaziosa, il giardino curatissimo (e perfettamente cintato, ideale per ospiti a 4 zampe), la pulizia interna perfetta; la dotazione di cucina e biancheria da bagno e da letto garantiscono ogni comfort e ci si sente a casa propria nel giro di poche ore.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus super wohl gefühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse übers Tal bis runter zum Meer ist traumhaft. Hier kann man wirklich runterkommen und unseren Hund könnten wir sorgenlos durch den Garten Streifen lassen, da alles komplett umzäunt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Mooi huisje met mooie tuin

Heel mooi en rustig gelegen op een heuvel in Greppolungo beorende bij Caimaiore met fijne gastvrouw. Ideaal als je ook een hond hebt, want het geheel was ruim en omheind. Uitdaging blijft wel de weg erheen !

Erholungsurlaub

Das Haus war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern angezeigt und es wurden alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir konnten mit unseren Kindern 9 und 11 eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen. Die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage werden wir noch sehr lange in Erinnerung behalten. Ein wenig Auto sollte man schon fahren können aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wenn alles gut geht dann kommen wir nächstes Jahr gern wieder zurück.

Ferienhaus Alba

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Haus mit einem gepflegten Grundstück und einer fantastischen Aussicht über Camaiore bis zum Strand von Viareggio. Großzügige Terrasse mit praktischer Außenküche wurde gut genutzt. Von hier aus können viele sehenswerte Ort in der Umgebung erreicht werden. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Heerlijke locatie

Wat een toplocatie. Paradijs voor de hondjes die 6 verschillende nivo's in de tuin hadden voor te ontdekken. Het uitzicht vanaf de woning was spectaculair over de stad naar de zee. Een heerlijke overdekte buitenkeuken was een plaats om te vertoeven, en als de zon te fel scheen lekker in de schaduw te zitten.

Wohlfühlinsel

Haus und Garten allein sind schon ein Garant für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem gut ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon oder den Garten bis aufs Meer ist immer ein Erlebnis.  Die Landschaft mit den Bergen, das nahe Meer sowie die nahen Ausflugsziele (Lucca,Pisa,Florenz, aber auch Camaioire mit seinem Wochenmarkt) bieten vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin M. ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ruhige Unterkunft in den Bergen

Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort in den Bergen mit tollen Wanderwegen in der Umgebung. Dank einer Holzspende durch die Vermieterin hatten wir es warm und gemütlich. Eine gute Unterkunft für Aktivurlauber. Im Sommer ideal aufgrund der Terasse und Außenküche. In den Übergangsjahreszeiten eher für Paare als für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da es bei Regenwetter und Aufenthalt im Innenbereich "eng" wird.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Dieses Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es besitzt einen komplett eingezäunten Garten, weshalb wir das Haus mit unserem Hund gebucht haben. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick und eine Outdoor-Küche. Tagsüber haben wir viel Zeit in Haus und Garten verbracht und es war sehr angenehm. Die Besitzerin ist herzlich und bei Fragen jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden ☺️

Familienurlaub

Wir haben selten eine Bewertung abgegeben, aber dieses Haus und die sehr nette Vermieterin M. haben es wirklich verdient! Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kleinkinder) haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und waren jeden Tag von neuem begeistert von der tollen Aussicht! Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war im guten Zustand und sehr gepflegt Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Fahrt zum Haus ist trotz der engen Straßen wirklich gut machbar!

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Lage, Ausstattung und Zimmer wie auf den Fotos angegeben. Gepflegter, komplett eingezäunter Garten. Für Reisende mit Hund, wie wir, ist zu beachten dass auch die nächsten Nachbarn, sowie auch weitere Besitzer im Dorf, Hunde halten, welche sich tagsüber und auch nachts ausdauernd lautstark bemerkbar machen. Die letzten Kilometer zum Haus und auch die direkte Zufahrt zum Parkplatz sind, je nach Autogrösse, etwas schwierig zu bewältigen.

Schönes Anwesen mit traumhaften Blich übers Tal bis Meer

Das Haus ist im Internet sehr gut beschrieben. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Manuela. Bequemes großes Bett in der 1. Etag, in einem weiteren Zimmer noch 2 Einzelbetten. Die meisten Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz versehen. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt braucht. Gutes WLAN. Als Highlight empfanden wir den Außenbereich: Überdachter Sitzplatz mit gutem Schutz gegen Regen (und Sonne ;-). ein Gasherd, der noch besser funktioniert als innen, gute Ausleuchtung des Sitzbereiches in den Abendstunden. Etwas problematisch ist die steile kleine Rampe als Zufahrt, die engen Ein/Ausfahrten am Haus und der knappe Platz zum Wenden (Mittelklasse Kombi). Wer das vermeiden möchte, dem empfehle ich, die letzten Meter nach Greppolunge hochzufahren und am Ortseingang zu parken. Apropo Empfehlung: In der Fußgängerzone in Camaiore ziemlich unten gibt es einen traumhaft guten Metzger, u. a. Dry-aged-beef und auch ein paar sehr gute Brote.Sehr gutes Preis-Genußverhältnis.

Alles da, was man braucht, außer Mückennetzen über dem Bett. Wer also ein wenig empfindlich ist, sollte sich welche mitnehmen. Am Anfang eines kleinen Dorfes gelegen, mitten am Berg. Die Anfahrt ist wirklich etwas kurios, aber wer etwas Unterbodenfreiheit hat, kommt auch gut bis direkt vors Haus. Man ist alleine, hat aber doch Nachbarn, irgendwie wie Zuhause. Der Weg ans Meer ist nur wegen der Serpentinen ins Tal etwas weiter, man kann das Meer von der Terasse aus gut sehen. Nette Betreuung!

Sommerurlaub in der Toskana

Wir (2 Personen + unsere 2 Hunde) durften zwei sehr angenehme Wochen im Casa Alba verbringen. Toller Ausgangspukt für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge (es müssen jedoch immer ca. 15 Auto-Minuten bergab über kleine enge Strassen einkalkuliert werden um Camaiore und somit "größere Straßen" zu erreichen). Sehr grosse Terrasse, die Außenküche mit Grill ist sensationell (wir haben im September lediglich einmal im Haus gekocht). Toller Garten für Hunde, da alles eingezäunt ist muss man sich hier keine Gedanken machen dass diese sich selbstständig machen.. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: ab ca. 16 bis 19 Uhr sehr viele Mücken :-( - da ist lange Kleidung angesagt. Vielen Dank an Manuela für die problemlose An-/Abmeldung und tadellose Vorbereitung des Hauses

Es war ein wirklich rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen, sieht genau aus wie auf den Bildern. Es gibt eine herrliche große Terrasse mit Weitsicht bis zum Meer, Garten ist ebenso wie das Haus in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Der Weg zum Haus ist für deutsche Verhältnisse abenteuerlich, da sehr enge Straßen. Wünschenswert wäre die Anschaffung einer neuen Kaffeemaschine.
