"The Cacharel is like going back in time to a French ranch house. Staff is incredible- food is amazing. Gorgeous large pool (eat there!) rooms all have AC and are comfortable. Incredible location right by marshes with hundreds of flamingos and ample places to ride the iconic white horses. We had no idea how amazing this part of the world is. Would absolutely recommend if you want a wonderful once in a lifetime family adventure! We loved our stay (and added a night!) "

"The staff were all SO kind and the property and rooms were gorgeous. I wish we could have extended our trip just to have had more time there! As someone who lives on a horse ranch it felt like the French equivalent of being home. A wonderful stay all around! "

"The owners were more than hospitable. Marie-Laurence treated me as if we'd been best friends. She was warm and charming. Fransico was also pleasant, went around his duties quietly but always with a smile. This couple has created an oasis out of a horse ranch. Some rooms, the pony stalls, therefore are small. Breakfast, not included, beautifully served on my front porch. "

"This was a great place to stay for a night as we travelled. It was very close to the motorway but not noisy. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good and the price very reasonable."

"Thank you to the folks at Hotel Camille! We appreciated the warm welcome after a long cycle from St. Remy and a super place to store our trusty bikes during our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and having the terrace was a nice option (no view, but could hear the ocean). The breakfast had nice options and was good fuel for hungry cyclists. Easy access to restaurants, sites, and the cylepath to explore the Carmague."
"Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds to sit and enjoy a snack or glass of wine - big fridge and microwave available to use. Breakfast was tasty, there was always an alternative loaf instead of basic baguette and interesting cheeses. I think the location is too far to walk to Arles and the roads busy in places but we were shown where to park on the outskirts of town to avoid parking fees. I would've preferred a duvet to a blanket but otherwise the room and bed were very comfortable. We left an item of clothing behind and the owner very helpfully posted it back to us. Thank you for a great stay."
"The property is more of a holiday park than a hotel.Completely self-catering.No cleaning or change of sheets, no shopping facilities within walking distance as the park is hard to find and a bit out of the way. Expected to clean up at the end of the stay to receive back the deposit. The actual apartment was OK but small and had some cleanliness issues.
We liked the pool, and the staff were helpful."
"First impressions were pleasant. We were a family of 5 staying in the family room with private bathroom.
The room was quite basic - large enough for the 5 of us, with x2 double beds and a single bed comfortably fitting in the room. However it was lacking features that you may expect in hotels and especially for longer stays - eg) TV. The bathroom was essentially a small boxed in part of the room - it was very cramped and a taller person would need to crouch. There was no shower curtain, so in an enclosed space water went everywhere.
There is a restaurant attached to the property - we didn't eat here, but it looked pleasant and lively in the evenings.
For an overnight stay it was perfectly acceptable.

"We stayed one night on our way back to the SW and very much look forward to our return. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and cozy with a large bathroom, the grounds are beautiful and the pool with drink and food service was a perfect place to recharge. I can imagine this Mas being even cozier in the winter months! Do bring mosquito repellent if staying in the summer. They weren’t a problem at the pool but around the grounds and the outdoor dining terrace it is a must. They also sell bottle in the lobby. Because our stay was only one night we did a driving tour of parts of Camargue which the concierge helped us map out. We look forward to returning to see and do more. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
