"The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Food was good with a quant bar and friendly Inn staff. The Inn is close to the road and you can sometimes get road noise in the front rooms. Be advised, when the Inn closes at 10PM, the staff goes home and leaves you with a telephone number to call in case of emergency."

"Lovely big communal areas and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms all well setup with plenty bathrooms. The doorhandle on the front door falls off which could lead to people being locked in or out. There isnt enough large plates for everyone - missing a couple. One of us parked infront of nextdoor for 2 hours by accident and apologised profusely to the disgruntled neighbour - sorry about this, a sign might be helpful."

"So many positives, especially the proximity to the Crail golf courses and the coastline walking trail.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the sitting area cozy in a good way!My only suggestion would be to consider supplying a couple of bottles of water since the only potable water is from the cold water tap in the kitchen.I would certainly go back and/or recommend to friends."

"We absolutely LOVED this cottage, it truly was like a scene from a Jane Austin book. My teenaged daughter couldn’t stop raving about the setting. Plus there was a window seat so she could sit in the seat and read while she watched the rain. The only drawback is that we didn’t stay longer so that we could do more exploring in the woods and the town. It is about a mile and a half from the beach for the more adventurous. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is very well-appointed. There is a combo washer/dryer, but as with most of these types of machines, the dryer didn’t get things terribly dry, so I ended up hanging a lot of the wash after it had already been in the dryer for an hour or two, but the washing machine itself worked very well. The washer and the dryer does get very hot, and I never found a way to get actual cold tap water, so be careful with clothing that needs cold water. I will admit however that I have never really used these types of units before so it could have been user error. Anyway we will hopefully some day return and stay for longer."

"Accommodation was excellent, clean, airy and spacious. It had everything you could possibly need and more.The enclosed garden was safe and secure for the dogs to room freely.Great location for day trips in surrounding villages and towns, all less than 30 minutes drive time.We would highly recommend this property."

"What a beautiful setting. Could not beat the scenery. The only issue we had is there is only one shower in the whole place (only a bathtub in the second master suite). And the beds are listed as King Size—which is accurate for the UK but note for US travelers, it is much smaller. More like a double. (The rooms in general are a bit small). But everything about this place was great. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the WiFi worked great and was fast. Loved it all. Would absolutely recommend (just noting those things I mentioned above). "
