Lovely large modern 2 double bedrooms , showeroom , kitchenette and living space. Garden with patio area. Newly built outdoor snug with sofa and dining area. Free parking central location. Access via the side gate of the main house.
I am always available, I will reply as soon as I can
10 minutes walk to Jesus green, 15 minutes to city centre. Easy access to A14/M11 and also the science park. There is local shops and supermarkets minutes away from the studio. I have a guidebook on air bnb for sightseeing and local restaurants
The property is a short walk about 15 minutes into the city centre, there is a bus stop on Gilbert Road 1 minutes walk no:1 Bus takes you to the city centre , or hire a bike and enjoy the traditional way of getting around Cambridge.
Strictly no parties or loud guests at all
